TOWN OF EASTON 

MARKET MANAGER

(Part time)

  

The Town of Easton is accepting applications for a qualified individual to fill the position of part time Market Manager for the Original Easton Farmer’s Market. This is a part time position, 5 hours per week with potential of additional hours to increase in the future. The Market Manager ensures that the Farmer’s Market operates in compliance with state law, local health regulations and Market Rules and Regulations. High School diploma, experience promoting public events and attendance at the Farmers Market required. Experience with agricultural operations or experience as a Market Manager is preferred.

 

This is a part time non union position and the rate of pay is $19.675 per hour. TOWN OF EASTON

DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC WORKS

SPECIAL EQUIPMENT OPERATOR

 HIGHWAY DIVISION

 

The Town of Easton is accepting applications for a qualified individual to fill the position of full time Special Equipment Operator for the Highway Division.  Minimum Qualifications:  High school graduation plus experience as a light equipment operator.  Possession of a valid Massachusetts Class B CDL and valid Massachusetts Hoisting Engineers Class 2B, 4G & 4E Hydraulics Licenses required. Some of the job responsibilities include:  operates public works vehicles, dump trucks, specialized heavy equipment and light equipment such as street sweeper, flail mower, sidewalk plow, catch basin cleaner, hand/power tools, excavator and computers.  This is a union position - 40 hour work week. Compensation is $26.03 per hour and excellent benefits. The successful candidate must provide proof of an acceptable driving record from the Registry of Motor Vehicles.
