Council on Aging Programs

The Easton COA offers many services and programs dealing with Transportation, Nutrition, Finances, Outreach, Health, and Recreation. Please click here to see the schedule of events. If you would like to register for a program, click here .

Most Council on Aging programs are held at Frothingham Hall Community Center as well as the Easton Housing Authority Facilities in either the Robert J. Keefe Community Center at Parker Terrace or in the Jerry J. Fitzgerald Community Center at Elise Circle, off Baldwin St., North Easton.

Exercise Programs include Tai Chi and Flexible Fitness classes.

Financial Assistance

Financial Programs include assistance with the Pharmacy Advantage application, Income Tax preparation, Fuel Assistance applications, Homestead Act information, educational seminars and the Senior Tax Relief Program.

Health Promotion Programs include Health Screenings sponsored by the Easton Board of Health, Foot care Clinics, Fitness Classes, Educational Seminars, Health Care Proxy forms, Health Insurance Information.

Nutrition Programs include hot lunches, sponsored by Old Colony Elderly Services, served each weekday at the Robert J. Keefe Community Center, Parker Terrace, North Easton and meals on wheels delivered to homebound elders.

Outreach Programs include home care referrals, File of Life supplies, and ID Cards.


Recreational Programs include Art Classes, Bowling, Bridge group, Ceramics classes, Crafts, Cribbage group, Line Dancing lessons, Quilting group, and a Walking Group.
