Liquor License Annual (New or Transfer)
The ABCC (Alcoholic Beverages Control Commission) recently updated its forms and applications for liquor license transactions along with the procedure associated with applying for a retail license. We are currently in the process of updating the town's forms to reflect and incorporate these changes. Please visit the ABCC's website and select "Retail Forms" to access the forms required for an annual Section 12 On-Premise (Restaurant) application. Please call the Selectmen's Office at (508) 230-0501 to inquire about additional town forms needed for your application.
Please note: currently the Town of Easton does not have any Section 15 Package Store licenses available.
